Robert E. Livingston - Attorney.  Robert was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994 after graduating from the University of Florida, College of Law, Cum Laude.  While at the University of Florida, Robert served as a teaching fellow for Appellate Advocacy.  Robert was a Distinguished Military Graduate and served as Cadet Commander for the Stetson University ROTC Battalion.  He served in the United States Army Reserves as an officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  Robert is a past president of the Highlands County Bar Association, past vice president of the Heartland Estate Planning Council, past member of the Florida Bar Military Affairs Committee, Teen Court mentor, Code Enforcement Special Magistrate for Highlands County, Chairman of the Highlands County Recreation and Parks Committee, Chairman of the Highlands County YMCA, and a member of Rotary International.


Martin O. Rimoldi – Consultant.  Martin is originally from Argentina, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of Buenos Aires, College of Law, in 1998. In 2000, Martin graduated from University Austral with a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. He joined the firm in 2011 and specializes in legal assistance with international cases involving Latin American legal issues. He is fluent in Spanish and continues to serve as a legal consultant for "Rimoldi - Abogados", an Argentinean law firm in Buenos Aires.  Martin is not licensed by the Florida Bar.


Sandra “Sandy” Brosius – Senior Legal Assistant.  Sandy is originally from New Hampshire and is fluent in Finnish.  She has over twenty years of experience as a legal assistant and secretary.  Before relocating to Sebring, Sandy worked for major law firms in Orlando, Florida.  Sandy has been with the firm for over fifteen years.  She has vast experience with a broad range of legal issues, but specializes in providing legal assistance with probate and estate planning matters.


Angela “Angie” Ruckman – Paralegal.  Angie is originally from Washington D.C. and served with the Highlands County government before pursuing her legal career.  She worked with litigation and family law firms before joining Livingston and Livingston.  Angie has personal experience serving as a guardian and specializes in providing assistance with guardianship, elder law, real estate and business issues. She has been with the firm for over ten years.


Courtney Myers – Legal Assistant. Courtney is originally from New Hampshire and graduated from Sebring High School.  Before joining the Livingston and Livingston staff, she worked for the Highlands County Clerk of Courts.  Courtney has been with the firm for almost ten years and specializes in providing legal assistance with probate and estate planning matters.
